Our pyjamas are designed to be lived in, and will continue to soften with time.

To best care for your General Sleep garments, we recommend a gentle/delicate cold machine wash or a handwash in cold water, with a gentle soap. No matter how you wash them, we recommend a line dry.

Any imperfections such as slubs or differences in texture are to be expected – and celebrated – as part of your garment’s character.

All items are sent from Hamilton, New Zealand. Please allow a processing period of 1-3 days before dispatch. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been collected by our courier company.

A signature on delivery is required to make sure you receive your General Sleep purchase safe and sound. If you are out, a collection card will be left, and your parcel will be taken to the courier company’s depot. Redelivery/collection is the responsibility of the recipient and General Sleep will not take responsibility for items left.

- Once an order has been sent, we are unable to make any changes to it.

All orders are shipped from New Zealand. For orders placed outside of New Zealand, there may be duties and taxes that are payable upon your order arriving in your country. Unfortunately, General Sleep has no control over these charges and we are unable to estimate the amount your order will incur, nor the time that it might take to process through customs.
